PURPOSE: An individual blood pressure information management system using a common blood pressure gauge, and a method thereof are provided to receive an individual blood pressure information management service by using the existed common blood pressure gauge, thereby preventing reconstitution expenses of a separate u-health care system. CONSTITUTION: When blood pressure measurement is completed, a common blood pressure gauge(110) delivers measured data to a blood pressure information repeater(200). The blood pressure information repeater encodes blood pressure information delivered from the common blood pressure gauge and an individual identification code inputted by a user. The blood pressure information repeater delivers the encoded information to a blood pressure information management system(300).
