PURPOSE: An opposite phase sound generator and a structure for reducing noise using the same are provided to reduce noise by reducing input waves and opposite phase output waves. CONSTITUTION: A structure for reducing noise using an opposite phase sound generator comprises a branch part (20), first and second exhaust pipes (21, 22), an opposite phase sound generator (30), and a joining part (40). The branch part branches exhaust gas outputted from an engine. One end of the first exhaust pipe and one end of the second exhaust pipe are connected to the branch part. The opposite phase sound generator is connected to the first exhaust pipe. The joining part is connected to the output end of the opposite phase sound generator and the second exhaust pipe.
