SEPARATING AND GATHERING SYSTEM OF MERCURY GAS STREAM AND HAZARDOUS DUST OF WASTE FLUORESCENT LAMP

PURPOSE: A harmful dust and mercury vapor separation and collection system is provided to remarkably reduce mercury vapor separation and collection time by successively executing a separation process and a discharging process. CONSTITUTION: An input unit (100) receives harmful dust (10) including the minute mercury of a waste fluorescent light. A heat evaporation unit (200) evaporates the mercury by heating the harmful dust supplied through the input unit. Harmful dust (12) in which the mercury is eliminated is extracted through an extraction outlet of a filter by using a separation extraction filter of a mercury vapor separation member (310). The harmful dust which is blocked by the separation extraction filter of the mercury vapor separation member is collected by a harmful dust collecting member (320) in a separation extraction unit (300). Mercury vapor is discharged through a mercury vapor discharging pipe (318) extended outside the mercury vapor separation member of the separation extraction unit. Liquefied mercury (20) passes through a liquefaction pipe (410) and is rapidly cooled by a refrigerant circulation coil (414). A liquefied mercury collecting unit (400) collects the liquefied mercury through a collecting pipe (420) extended to a lower direction.
