PURPOSE: A power line communication (PLC) network device using a bulb type access point (AP) is provided to be put into an existing electric bulb socket without needing to install a separate communication line and a power line, thereby easily being installed or removed. CONSTITUTION: A master relay device part (20) includes a first PLC modem. The first PLC modem performs a PLC through a power line that is AC powered from a power supply part. A slave relay device part (30) includes a second PLC modem. The second PLC modem is connected to the power line so as to perform the PLC to the first PLC modem. The slave relay device part includes a socket connection device that is fastened to a bulb socket to receive or transmit an electric signal including a data signal.
