PURPOSE: A self-propelled target transfer apparatus and a shooting training system using the same are provided to make the cable connection between a motor and a target to be unnecessary, since a motor which generates rotatory power moves along with a transferring target.;CONSTITUTION: A self-propelled target transfer apparatus includes a loading block (10), an in-wheel motor (30), a thrust roller (40), and a guide roller (60). The loading block is mounted with a hydraulic controller (2) and a motor controller (20) which controls a target (1). The in-wheel motor is mounted on the loading block. The motor roller controls the normal or reverse revolution of the in-wheel motor, and turns on/off the in-wheel motor. The thrust roller is composed of a driving roller (41) which is contacted with both sides of a driving rail (50), and an idle roller (45). The guide roller is comprised of a set of three rollers, where each set of rollers is placed on four positions of the loading block. The guide roller is contacted with three sides of a rectangular section of a guide rail (70); and constrains the loading block. The guide rail is arranged across the driving rail.
