PURPOSE: A joining torque measuring device for a bicycle joining component is provided to accurately and automatically measure the joining torque of the bicycle joining component and to assemble the joining component with a constant joining force.;CONSTITUTION: A joining torque measuring device (1) for a bicycle joining component includes a base (10), a servo motor (21), a torque sensor (23), an encoder (24), a spline (25), a torque wrench, a bolt holder (27), and a jig unit (30). The servo motor is installed on a side of the upper part of the base, thereby generating the torque. The torque sensor joined to the servo motor measures the joining torque of the joining component and digitalizes the measured joining torque. The encoder is joined to the torque sensor and rotates the joining component. The spline is joined to the encoder detachably and transmits the torque to the joining component. The torque wrench is installed on the spline detachably and joined to a head portion of the joining component. The bolt holder is installed on the spline and fixes the joining component. The jig unit is installed on the other side of the upper part of the base and fixes the joining component.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
