PURPOSE: A bio-marker for verifying specific perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) exposure and a verifying method using the same are provided to use the bio-marker as a tool for examining the specific toxicity mechanism caused by PFOS. CONSTITUTION: A DNA microarray chip for verifying specific perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) is integrated with a selected group of nucleic acid sequence with one or more genes, or a complement strand molecule.
