PURPOSE: A wristband type arresting device for self-protection is provided to facilitate the portability and use of a launching body by configuring the launching body of the arresting device to be wearable on the wrist.;CONSTITUTION: A wristband type arresting device for self-protection includes a launching body, an arresting launching unit, an arresting mesh (20), a super arresting adhesive (50), and a launching propellant unit (60). The launching body is configured to be wearable on the wrist, and equipped with a launching button (70). The arresting launching unit is equipped on the front side of the launching body. The arresting mesh comprises a launching bead (21) for generating a launching propellant power. The arresting mesh is accommodated inside the arresting launching unit. The super arresting adhesive is accommodated in the arresting launching unit to be coated on the arresting mesh when the arresting mesh is launched. The launching propellant unit is installed on the launching body of the rear side of the arresting launching unit.
