PURPOSE: A vibratory stimulating apparatus is provided to improve balancing ability of a user or posture maintaining capability preventing reduction in recognition function caused by lost sensing ability. CONSTITUTION: A method to give vibration stimulation to a human body using change in muscular activity generated when muscle is contracted or relaxed comprises (a) a measuring step which measures a muscle activity signal of a human skin using a muscle activity detection part; (b) a converting step which converts the measured muscle activity signal into a digital signal; (c) a discrimination step which discriminates whether the muscle activity signal concerted into the digital signal exceeds a first standard value; (d1) a return step which goes back to (a) step in case the muscle activity signal is below the first standard value; (d2) a vibration stimulation step which stimulates the human skin around the detection part with vibration for a first time using a vibration part in case the muscle activity signal exceeds the first standard value; and (e) a step which stops a motion of the vibration part for a second time after the first time is passed in the (d2) step.
