PURPOSE: A hinge structure of a miniature tong is provided to improve productive efficiency according to a shortened manufacturing process and component reduction by easily perform a hinge combination process without additional process using a new type of hinge axis and a spring.;CONSTITUTION: A hinge structure of a miniature tong comprises an upper tong(10) comprised with an upper hinge part(11) formed with a pushing unit(13), a gripper(14), and an axis hole(12), a lower tong(20) comprised with a lower hinge part(21) formed with a pushing unit(23), a gripper(24), and an axis hole(22) hinged combined to the upper tong, a hinge axis(100) inserted and combined through the axis hole of upper and lower hinge part, and a spring(200) elastically supporting by using both sides with the pushing unit of lower tong and the pushing unit of upper tong screwed on the hinge axis. The hinge axis comprises a head part, the first joint and the second joint screwed to both sides of axis hole of the head part, and a space between the first joint and the second joint inserted with the spring is taper processed to form a projection.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
