PURPOSE: A quick release valve and a vacuum pump system including the same are provided to improve the energy efficiency and the destruction speed as a destruction flow path is formed while a vacuum flow path is completely blocked by the operation of a slide valve.;CONSTITUTION: A quick release valve and a vacuum pump system including the same comprise a body (11), a slide valve (12), a vacuum flow path, and a destruction flow path. The body has an inner installation space (15) including a front discharge unit (15a) and a path formed in one side of the installation space and communicating with the installation space through a hole (26). The slide valve includes a rear flange unit (19) in which the outer surface is in contact with an inner wall of the installation space and a rear closed cylinder unit (17) extended to face the front discharge unit from the flange unit. The slide valve opens/closes the vacuum flow path by pneumatic pressure. The vacuum flow path passes through the installation space and the front discharge unit from an inlet (20) formed in one side of the body. The destruction flow path is sequentially connected to an air supply hole (21) formed to the other side of the body, the installation space, and the rear surface of the flange unit and includes a first flow path providing the slide pneumatic pressure to the valve and a second flow path passing through the path, the hole, the installation space, and the inlet when the vacuum flow path is closed by the slide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
