PURPOSE: A multi-purpose card management system linked with online/offline and a method thereof are provided to integrally use a card for plural lending institutions by switching an unregistered card taken in offline to a registered card in online. CONSTITUTION: A user authentication module(100) performs user authentication when a user having an unregistered card taken in offline accesses in online. A card registration module(200) is linked with the authenticated user information to register the unregistered card. A use setting module(300) sets one or more purposes in the registered card.
