PURPOSE: A vibration buffer structure of a transmission for a vehicle is provided to effectively reduce vibration from the transmission of a vehicle to be delivered to a transmission lever through a shift rod.;CONSTITUTION: A vibration buffer structure of a transmission for a vehicle comprises a transmission rod, a mount, a ball housing, a ball pin, and a shift rod (300). One end of the transmission rod is connected to a transmission (100). The other end of the transmission rod comprises a mount coupling hole. The mount is inserted into the mount coupling hole. The center of the mount comprises a ball housing coupling hole. The ball housing is inserted into the ball housing coupling hole. The center of the ball housing comprises a ball coupling groove. The ball pin comprises a bolt and a ball to be fixed to the ball coupling groove of the ball housing. One side of the shift rod is connected to a transmission lever (200).
