LOWER POWER ASYNCHRONOUS PHASE SHIFT KEYING MODULATION CIRCUIT FOR BIO-IMPLANT CAPABLE OF REMOVING THE JITTER OF A CLOCK WHICH IS RESTORED BY RESET SET (RS) LATCH AND SEPARATES COMPLEMENTARY SIGNALS THROUGH DIFFERENTIAL OUTPUT COMPARATORS FROM BOTH SIDE BAND USING DIFFERENTIAL OUTPUT GENERATED FROM A COMPARATOR IN EACH AREA
PURPOSE: A lower power asynchronous phase shift keying modulation circuit for bio-implant removing the jitter of a clock which is restored by RS latch and separates complementary signals through differential output comparators from both side band is provided to improve the degradation of yield, thereby increasing economical efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A lower power asynchronous phase shift keying modulation circuit comprises a filter (110) and a signal generator (140). The filter separates lower side band signals from differential signals and outputs regular phase digital signals and reverse phase digital signals in the separated lower side band signals. The signal generator includes RS latch which makes digital data by reducing the jitter of a clock which is restored in the regular phase digital signals or the reverse phase digital signals of the lower side band signals. The signal generator includes first D-flipflop which makes digital data signals by applying symbol edge signals to the clock and adding digital signals to data input.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
