PURPOSE: An identification method of a road weather condition in a dual wavelength road weather condition monitoring apparatus is provided to accurately identify the size of similar signals by the condition of a road including a dried condition, a wet condition, snow, etc. CONSTITUTION: An identification method of a road weather condition in a dual wavelength road weather condition monitoring apparatus (100) comprises the following steps: oscillating first laser light having the first wavelength determined after considering the degree of reflectivity at a road using a first beam generator (110); oscillating second laser light having the second wavelength which is different from the first wavelength determined after considering the absorption at the road using a second beam generator (120); oscillating third laser light having the third wavelength from a third beam generator (150); detecting plural scattering signals from a detector (130) from the road by the first and second laser light; and measuring the weather condition of the road using the intensities of first and second scattering signals which are related to the first and second laser light using an analyzer (140).
