PURPOSE: A moisture-curable primer composition is provided to improve surface strength by a reaction with moisture remaining on the surface of concrete and to prevent the excitation and non-hardening phenomenon of a primer layer and a waterproof layer by increasing adhesion to a polyurea coating. CONSTITUTION: A moisture-curable primer composition includes 800-1200 parts by weight of a low viscosity diluent, 1.8-3.1 parts by weight of a 4-torluene sulfonyl-isocyanate, 1.3-2.2 parts by weight of a coupling agent, 0.3-1.1 parts by weight of a foaming agent, 0.3-1.1 parts by weight of a UV stabilizer, and 1.1-1.5 parts by weight of a storage stabilizer per 100.0 parts by weight of a primer resin intermediate. The primer resin intermediate is synthesized by addition-polymerizing a polyester resin, a polyether resin, a chain-extending resin, a high-boiling-point viscosity reducer, an aromatic isocyanate resin, an aliphatic or alicyclic isocyanate resin, and a thermal stabilizer.
