ENHANCEMENT DEVICE OF COMBUSTION EFFICIENCY FOR GAS APPLIANCE USING STEAM

PURPOSE: A device for improving combustion efficiency of a gas device by using steam is provided to spray the steam in which the air is mixed with flames of the gas device by using a steam generating member in an ultrasonic waves vibration method. CONSTITUTION: A device (1) for improving combustion efficiency of a gas device by using steam comprises steam spraying holes (4a), a steam supply pipe (4), a branch pipe (9), a supply pipe (10), a venturi pipe (2), a steam generating member (6), a control unit (7), and a blower (12). The steam generating member comprises a case having properties of heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and water resistance, a heating chamber (14), an exit (11), a relief valve (15), an electrothermal heater (17), a temperature sensor (18), a water supply pipe (19), a water supply pump (20), and a water supply control member (22). The electrothermal heater is positioned in the lower part of the heating chamber and is fixed to a case lateral wall with the watertightness.
