INSPECTION DEVICE FOR Z-COVER TENON OF TURBINE ROTOR BUCKET USING MULTI-ULTRASONIC DETECTORS

PURPOSE: A device for inspecting a tenon of a bucket z-cover of a turbine rotor using a plurality of ultrasonic sensors is provided to automatically inspect the entire edge portions of the tenon and the inside of a tenon joint, thereby improving the reliability of the inspection. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting a tenon of a bucket z-cover of a turbine rotor using a plurality of ultrasonic sensors (20) includes a plate-shaped body (10). The body is inserted into a groove unit. The sensors are installed inside the grooves formed on one side of the body respectively and transmit ultrasonic signals towards the tenon in different directions, thereby observing a tenon joint. The sensors are composed of sensors observing an edge portion of the tenon joint; and sensors observing the inside of the tenon joint.
