摘要
PURPOSE: A bending approach for internal fixation and open reduction in long bone fractures prevents damage to main soft tissue by using the tension caused by the bending of intermuscular septa. CONSTITUTION: The broken leg approaches a bending part for an easy incision and approach in long bone fractures during animal surgery. The bending part to be exposed is located at the top. An operator grips a proximal portion and a distal portion of the bending part by both before cutting skin. A process drawing a fracture surface is additionally performed after gripping when the fractures overlap. Tension is induced by slowly bending two fracture surfaces touching each other after cutting the skin in the direction of exposure. Main soft tissue is drawn to the inside and the outside by the tension. Intermuscular septa are cut by inspecting deepest muscles on the fracture surface.
