PURPOSE: A panorama and cephalometry photographing device is provided to perform panorama photographing only by enlarging a transfer distance of a linear transfer device, and to perform cephalometry photographing. CONSTITUTION: A side of a rotating arm (30) is combined with an X-ray source part generating X-rays. The other side of the rotating arm is combined with an X-ray sensor unit sensing the X-rays penetrating a subject. A rotational driving device (50) rotates the rotating arm. The rotational driving device includes the first motor (51) generating driving force, and a rotary shaft (55) combined on the rotary center of the rotating arm. A linear transfer device (60) transfers the rotating arm straightly. A guider (71) guides the linear movement of a movable plate (70).
