PURPOSE: A steel composite slab structure, a steel composite bridge, and a construction method thereof, capable of constructing a structure without a supporting post and a mold are provided to reduce construction period by improving workability and simultaneously reducing construction costs and to disperse stress concentration of a girder. CONSTITUTION: A steel composite slab structure(200) comprises a slab(220) and a concrete layer(240). The slab comprises a bottom unit(221) and a vertical unit(222) and disperses shear force and stress concentrated in a girder by including ribs(224,226). A plurality of slabs is connected to each other through the vertical unit in which a bolt hole is formed. The construction method of the steel composite bridge using the steel composite slab structure comprises the following steps. The slab is manufactured and is connected to an upper part of the girder. The girder, in which the slab is installed, is installed in the upper part of a pier, and concrete is placed on the upper part of the slab.
