PURPOSE: A silicon-based bonding sheet resin composition is provided to improve the production efficiency when an ACF bonding process is conducted, and to provide a silicon-based bonding sheet with excellent hardness, durability, and thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A silicon-based bonding sheet resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of organopolysiloxane, 10-500 parts by weight of zinc, 0.1-30 parts by weight of ferric oxide, 1-100.0 parts by weight of heptanes, and 0.1-50 parts by weight of a lamp black. A manufacturing method of a silicon-based bonding sheet comprises a step of manufacturing a liquid silicon resin by mixing and stirring the silicon-based bonding sheet resin composition; a step of degassing the liquid silicon resin; and a step of thermosetting the degassed liquid silicon resin two times.
