PURPOSE: A Doppler center frequency conversion method of a satellite radar image improves the utilization of the satellite radar image and observes precise indicator displacement by using satellite radar interference.;CONSTITUTION: A first compensation satellite radar image is formed by Fourier-transforming a satellite radar image in the azimuth direction into a Doppler-distance domain (S10). A reference Doppler spectrum is formed from the first compensation satellite radar image (S20). A second compensation satellite radar image is formed by multiplying the reference Doppler spectrum and the first compensation satellite radar image (S30).
