Perfume Composition for low pH Cosmetics

A perfume composition is provided, which is stable at low pH of less than 5 by comprising at least one perfume material having a functional group of alcohol or ketone such as anethole, l-carvone, alpha-damascone, alpha-ionone, and nerol, thereby providing fragrance without discoloration and change of odor. In addition, a cosmetic composition containing the perfume composition is provided. A perfume composition comprises 5-10 wt.% of anethole, 10-15 wt.% of l-carvone, 45-50 wt.% of alpha-damascone, 15-20 wt.% of alpha-ionone and 25-30 wt.% of nerol, wherein the composition is stable at pH of less than 5. The cosmetic composition comprises the perfume composition.
