DEVICE FOR ANALYZING THE ENDURANCE OF A PLANER STRAIN UNIT SUITABLE FOR CALCULATING FATIGUE LIFETIME BY USING FATIGUE SAMPLES COLLECTED PER EACH DIRECTION FROM A SIMULATE SPECIMEN IN WHICH THE PLANAR STRAIN IS APPLIED
PURPOSE: A device for analyzing the endurance of a planer strain unit is provided to enable the prediction of accurate fatigue lifetime of a planer strain portion and to obtain the safety of sash components.;CONSTITUTION: A device for analyzing the endurance of a planer strain unit includes a fatigue curve drawing unit (104), a finite element analysis unit (106), a fatigue curve selecting unit (108), and a fatigue lifetime calculating unit (110). The fatigue curve drawing unit draws a fatigue curve of each fatigue sample. The finite element analysis unit performs a finite element analysis in respect to an actual planer strain portion, thereby calculating right angle stress and a stress direction. The fatigue curve selecting unit selects the fatigue curve corresponding to the calculated stress direction among the fatigue curves of the fatigue samples.
