LONG GLASS FIBER REINFORCED POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING LOW DENSITY, HIGH ELASTICITY AND LOW WARPAGE

摘要

PURPOSE: a kind of polypropylene resin composite, to show good elasticity, post-deformation prevents property and low warpage, while low-density being kept to have high aspect ratio as inorganic filler by using flat glass fiber. ;CONSTITUTION: a kind of polypropylene resin composite, the acrylic resin comprising 50-80 parts by weight; (b) long glass fibres of 15-30 parts by weight; (c) inorganic filler of 5-30 parts by weight. Inorganic filler is that a kind of flat glass fiber has acyclic tee section, and the optical fiber of the short axle with the length-width ratio within the scope of 2-4:1 and long axis length. The length of length and 5-10 micron of short axle of the flat glass fiber with 20-30 microns of long axis fiber.
