PURPOSE: A structure for blood vessel anastomosis using a self-expandable material or structure and a blood vessel anastomosis method using the same are provided to suture a blood vessel end more easily, by fixing the blood vessel by expanding or extending the blood vessel anastomosis structure. CONSTITUTION: A self-expandable wire(5) is located in an inner diameter of a blood vessel between both ends(7, 7') of a cut blood vessel. The diameter and the length of the self-expandable wire is 0.5mm~5mm and 10mm~60mm respectively. A string(6) is connected to the self-expandable wire. The material of the self-expandable wire and the string is nitinol. Both ends of the blood vessel are sutured using prolene as suture thread.
