PURPOSE: A marine load actuating device, a marine structure proof-test device thereof, and a proof-test method thereof are provided to artificially generate various types of external loads which are closed to real loads generated by wind, waves, and tides on a large tested marine structure on the sea by using the propulsion of a power vessel and the operational power of a linear actuator which is mounted on the power vessel.;CONSTITUTION: A marine load actuating device (1) comprises a power vessel (10) and a linear actuator (12). The power vessel floats on the sea, and moves by using self-power. The linear actuator is flexibly connected to a support structure (11) which is installed on the power vessel.
