PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the falling of coals in a coke oven facility is provided to prevent the outflow of tar generated from the coals to the outside of a small door and to minimize the accumulation of the coals on an entrance passage during a coal flattening work. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing the falling of coals in a coke oven facility comprises an entrance passage(12), a muff(20), and a plate(30). The entrance passage is formed in a door of the coke oven facility. A leveler beam of an extruder enters the entrance passage. When the leveler beam enters, the muff arranged in the extruder is attached to the front side of the entrance passage to connect the entrance passage and a coal hopper of the extruder. The plate is installed under the muff and enters the entrance passage.
