PURPOSE: A device to generate microbubbles for cutting oil is provided to prevent the abrasion of cutting surface and the noise from generating as a spiral member is fixed to a shaft body by a pin to prevent the spiral member from rotating by the cutting oil.;CONSTITUTION: A device to generate microbubbles for cutting oil comprises a main body (10), a first socket (20), a second socket (30), a shaft body (40), and a spiral member (50). The main body is formed in a cylindrical shape and a fluid path is formed in the inside. A penetration hole (21) is formed inside the first socket in which is connected to one end of the main body. A discharge hole (31) is formed inside the second socket in which is connected to the other end of the main body. The shaft body is installed inside the main body. The spiral member is installed between the shaft body and the first socket and is fixed by the shaft body and a pin. A cone-shaped protrusion unit (51) in which is inserted into the inside of the penetration hole is formed at one surface of the spiral member.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
