PURPOSE: A production method of an open base for grid weaving, the open base produced thereby, a grid weaving machine in which the open base is applied, and a grid production system in which the grid weaving machine is applied are provided to prevent deformation of a rigid strip of the grid which is woven by a structure formed to be continuously connected to a gentle concave side and a gentle convex side of a cross-linked plate of the open base and an offset cross-linked plate. CONSTITUTION: A production method of an open base for grid weaving includes the following steps. Each guide groove is formed on a guide plate (30) with an interval corresponding to a half interval of an upper strip groove of a cross linked plate (10) and individual plates of the cross linked plate, an offset cross-linked plate, the guide plate are produced. An open bottom base is produced arranging number of the cross inked plate, the guide plate, the offset cross linked plate, and the guide plate to be repeated in an order and integrating the arranged individual plates. An upper open base is produced with a structure corresponding to the open bottom base arranging and integrating number of the offset cross linked plate, the guide plate, the cross linked plate, and the guide plate to be repeated in the order during an arrangement and integration process.
