PURPOSE: An isolator system for a hospital clean room is provided to efficiently remove mold and bacteria and to be easily applied to the clean room. CONSTITUTION: An isolator system for a hospital clean room includes a housing (110) which is divided by a partition wall (111) formed with holes, an inflow grill (150) which is installed in an air injection area of an inlet room and is coated with silver, a discharge grill (140) which is installed in the air discharge region of a discharge chamber and is coated with silver, a fan (120) which is installed in an inlet room (112) and generates an air current, a filter unit(130) which is installed in the discharge chamber and filters the air current, a cluster ion generator (190) which is installed in the discharge chamber and emits negative/positive ions to the air current, and one or more porous plates (181, 182) which are arranged on one side of the filter unit and disperses the negative/positive ions.
