PURPOSE: An optical wavelength filter of metal lattice base is provided to effectively control a core wavelength through various variation factors. CONSTITUTION: An optical wavelength filter (20) comprises a first waveguide layer (200) and a lattice layer (220). The first waveguide layer comprises a core layer (205), an upper clad layer (207), and a lower clad layer (203). The core layer is formed with a second dielectric body of a predetermined thickness and has a second refractivity. The upper clad layer is arranged at the upper part of the core layer and composed of a first dielectric body having a first refractivity less than the second refractivity of the core layer. The lower clad layer is arranged at the lower part of the core layer and composed of a third dielectric body having a third refractivity less than the second refractivity of the core layer. The lattice layer arranges multiple unit blocks consisting of the metal material on the first waveguide layer in the structure of lattice.
