PRODUCTION METHOD OF BULKY T/R HAIR CONJUGATE YARN CAPABLE OF ACTUALIZING TEXTURE OF ACRYL OR WOOL AND A HAIR YARN KNITTED PRODUCT PRODUCED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A production method of bulky T/R hair conjugated yarn and a hair yarn knitted product produced thereby are provided to produce clothes, which seems to be produced with wool, hair, or acryl, at all four seasons consuming less cost as users get feeling that wool, hair, or acryl is added without adding expensive acryl.;CONSTITUTION: A production method of bulky T/R hair conjugated yarn contains a roving process (S5) and a fine spinning process. A raw spinning material has a yarn count ranged 20's-30's and is composed of a single strand of 3.0 denier polyester, a single strand of 5.0 denier rayon, and a single strand of 3.0 denier high accumulated polyester which are mixed together. The roving process has 950 RPM of a spindle rotation speed and 30 millimeter of an interval between a first roller and a second roller among four rollers and 38 millimeter of an interval between a third roller and a fourth roller and includes 5.5 times of draft, 65TPM of a percentage coefficient, 25-26 degreeC of a temperature, and 62% of humidity. The fine spinning process has 12,500RPM of a spindle rotation speed, 25 millimeter of an interval between a first roller and a second roller among three rollers, 34 millimeter of an interval between a third roller and a fourth roller and includes 26 times of draft, 270TPM of a percentage coefficient, 29-30 degreeC of a temperature, and 62 percent of humidity.
