PURPOSE: A system for updating submarine topography information and confirming a topography change of a seawater path through acoustic profiling is provided to be landed on the ocean floor even though the ocean floor having a steep incline.;CONSTITUTION: A system for updating submarine topography information and confirming a topography change of a seawater path through acoustic profiling includes sonar (200) and a management device (300). The sonar is composed of a transmitting module (210) and a receiving module (220). The transmitting module emits a sound wave. The receiving module receives the sound wave from the transmitting module. The management device includes an information processing module (310) and a position information database (320). The information processing module confirms sound wave information of the receiving module and confirms numerical data which is position information about the ocean floor by calculating a GPS position of a probe.
