PURPOSE: A high frequency high power facility condition monitoring system is provided to prevent accidents in advance by immediately protecting high frequency high power facility or human bodies when the accident happened. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency high power facility condition monitoring system comprises a voltage measuring part (100a-100d), heat sensor (200) and a water level sensor (300). The voltage measuring part measures the touch voltage of the outside of a feed device or the outside of a conductive device at the both sides of a transfer center. The voltage measuring part measures the step voltage, touch voltage or the amount of variation of the step voltage of a position separated from the outside of a feed device or the outside of a conductive device in a predetermined distance. The heat sensor measures the temperature of the ground which is vertically upward from the spot where the buried material of the lower part of the feed device is placed and the heat sensor operates when the predetermined temperature is exceeded.
