PURPOSE: A piezoelectric energy harvesting apparatus for converting fluid flow to electric energy is provided to rotate a propeller with the fluid flow and to generate the electric energy through piezoelectricity generated when the propeller contacts with protrusions or water. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric energy harvesting apparatus for converting fluid flow to electric energy comprises a housing (110), a waterproof piezoelectric propeller (120), and a rotary shaft (130). The housing is partially submerged in water. One or more protrusions are formed on the inner surface of the housing. The waterproof piezoelectric propeller is arranged inside the housing and is rotated by the fluid flow.
