PURPOSE: A urea solution level measurement apparatus using an ultrasonic wave level sensor is provided to provide the reliable information on the urea solution level for the place that is required to measure, in real time, the water level in the environment that the water level is changed. CONSTITUTION: A urea solution level measurement apparatus using an ultrasonic wave level sensor includes a water level measurement pipe (140), an ultrasonic wave level sensor (145), and a coupler (147). The water level measurement pipe is formed to have a pipe shape and has open upper and lower ends. The lower end of the water level measurement pipe is arranged adjacent to the bottom surface in the urea solution storage chamber, and the upper end thereof extends outward by penetrating the upper surface of the urea solution storage chamber. The ultrasonic wave level sensor discharges an ultrasonic wave to the urea solution water in the water level measurement pipe and converts the time that the ultrasonic wave returns, and measures the urea solution level. The coupler has a lower end coupled to the water level measurement pipe, and an upper end to which the ultrasonic wave level sensor is coupled, and has an air hole (148) so that air comes in and out through the circumferential surface.
