PURPOSE: A waste water treatment method, a waste water treatment apparatus using the same and a pH control method of alkaline water for pH control are provided to improve denitrification efficiency of waste water by creating a pH environment appropriate for a nitrified microorganism to live by obtaining the alkaline water by making water repetitively pass through a tourmaline column apparatus during waste water treatment; increase efficiency of the pH value in a nitrification tank in a waste water treatment apparatus by creating the pH environment which is appropriate for a nitrified microorganism to live. CONSTITUTION: A waste water treatment method includes following steps: a step of flowing water in the upper part of a tourmaline column tank; a step of producing alkaline water for pH control while the water in the upper part of the tourmaline column tank passes through a column filled with tourmaline; a step of storing the alkaline water in a alkaline water storage tank; a step of preventing the lowering of pH in an aeration tank by nitrification after making the aikaline water flow into the aeration tank which includes a nitrified microorganism; and a step of discharging sewage in which the generated nitrogen is removed by a nitrification reaction. The tourmaline column tank includes one or more of columns filled with tourmaline. The average diameter of the tourmaline is 0.01-1.0 mm. [Reference numerals] (AA) Elapsed time(days)
