A High Mass Flow and High Pressure Gas Generator Using A Solid Propellant

PURPOSE: A bulk high pressure gas generator using solid propellant is provided to improve injection system of guided missile by simultaneous ignition and peak type energy supply. CONSTITUTION: A bulk high pressure gas generator using solid propellant comprises an upper part combustion chamber(1), an upper part combustion chamber(2), a propellant molding(8), an upper part diaphragm(9), and a lower part diaphragm(7). A nozzle neck is formed in the upper part combustion chamber. A initiator(3) and a lighter assembling body(4) in the lower part of the combustion chamber. The propellant molding includes the solid propellant with a combustion through-hole and adjusts combustion area.
