1. A system for delivering a self-expanding stent, comprising an inner portion located coaxially with respect to the outer portion, said inner and outer portions including a distal and proximal end; a pusher located at the proximal end of the inner part; and a sliding element located coaxially with respect to the inner part, and the sliding element is located in and is in contact with the inner diameter of the stent; moreover, until the stent opens, the stent is held in the inner diameter of the outer part, and during the opening of the stent, the sliding element can rotate and move longitudinally along the inner part, allowing the stent to move distally or rotate in the inner part, while the outer part is pulled together stent deployment. ! 2. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the pusher and the inner part move distally, while the outer part is pulled in the proximal direction during the opening of the stent for accommodation to shorten the stent. ! 3. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that it further includes a distal limiter connected to the inner part in a position distal relative to the sliding element. ! 4. The system according to claim 3, characterized in that before the outer part is fully contracted to release the stent, the inner part and the distal limiter connected to the inner part move proximal to the stent until the distal limiter comes in contact with the sliding element, whereby the stent is held in the outer part. ! 5. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that with
