The present invention relates to a fabric softening composition which maintains physical stability upon freeze-thaw. The composition comprises a fabric softening active, 0.5 to 10% by weight of a silicone comprising compound, 0.005 to 4% by weight of a non-ionic alkoxylated surfactant, and 0.005 to 15% by weight of a polyol.
