1. The compound of general formula (I) in which: R1 is aryl substituted with aryl or cycloalkyl; R2 is a hydrogen atom, hydroxyl, lower alkyl, substituted lower alkyl, higher alkyl, substituted higher alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, lower alkoxy, substituted lower alkoxy, higher alkoxy, substituted higher alkoxy, cycloalkylalkoxy or acyloxy; R3 is aralkyl or substituted aralkyl; R4 is heteroaralkyl, substituted heteroaralkyl, heteroalkyl or substituted heteroalkyl; R5 is a hydrogen atom yes, hydroxyl, amino, acylamino or sulfonamide; and the corresponding salts and enantiomers of compounds of general formula (I) .2. The compound of general formula (I) according to claim 1, wherein: R1 is aryl substituted with aryl or cycloalkyl; R2 is hydroxyl, lower alkyl, substituted lower alkyl, higher alkyl substituted with higher alkyl, lower alkoxy, substituted lower alkoxy, higher alkoxy substituted with higher alkoxy or cycloalkylalkoxy; R3 is aralkyl or substituted aralkyl; R4 is heteroaralkyl or substituted heteroalkyl; R5 is hydrogen or acylamino; as well as the corresponding salts and enantiomers of the compounds of general formula (I). 3. The compound of general formula (I) according to claim 2, wherein: - R1 is aryl substituted with aryl or cycloalkyl; R2 is lower alkoxy, higher alkoxy, cycloalkylalkoxy, lower alkyl or higher alkyl; - R3 is substituted aralkyl; - R4 is substituted and unsubstituted imidazole; - R5 are hydrogen atoms; as well as the corresponding salts and enantiomers of the compounds of general formula (I). 4.
