A method for displaying an image, comprising: color-coding a second image in accordance with an intensity spectrum, wherein transparency of a portion (72, 82, 92) of the intensity spectrum is established to form a second image with color coding; combining the first image and the second image with color coding to form combined image; and displaying the merged image. 2. The image display method according to claim 1, wherein the combining is that: the first image is combined as a superimposed image and the second image is color-coded as an overlay image. The image display method according to claim 2, in which the combination is controlled by a numerical alpha value that determines the transparency of the overlay image, the color coding assigns the key color of the intensity spectrum part (72, 82, 92), the transparency of which is established, and the combination contains: adding pixels or voxels of the second image with color coding to the corresponding pixels or voxels of the first image in accordance with the control numerical alpha value without adding pixels or Xela second color-coded image, which is assigned to the key tsvet.4.
