The method of claim 1, wherein said regenerative cells are infused into said decellularized liver through a portal vein. The method of claim 1, wherein said regenerative cells are injected into said decellularized liver. A method of manufacturing a liver lobe, including the production of a decellularized liver or a part thereof,
