FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: dispersion of intracavity optical elements is measured using radiation of a femtosecond laser which is transmitted through a Fabry-Perot interferometer with the analysed optical elements with a base length matching the optical length of the laser cavity. The distance between mirrors of the Fabry-Perot interferometer is scanned at multiple half-wavelengths, and the measured dispersion of intracavity optical elements is determined at the same time on the entire region of generation of a frequency-stabilised femtosecond laser at constant values of its radiation parameters after frequency decomposition the laser radiation on the dispersing element. The value of dispersion of intracavity optical elements in the spectral region of generation of the femtosecond laser is obtained from analysing the recorded interference patterns recorded in narrow spectral ranges by photocells of a linear photomatrix.;EFFECT: enabling fast measurement of dispersion of intracavity optical elements simultaneously in the entire spectral region of generation of a femtosecond laser.;1 dwg
