The system can be used in the management of infrastructure software engineering safety of bearing structures for unique buildings during their construction and operation, bringing together specialized units of various departmental subordination: local control centers (CPU - central control) engineering building systems that make up the departments of urban housing and communal services (HCS); regional control center of crisis situations MES of Russia (CMC) and the Situation Center (CC) of the regional administration, as well as in the management process of monitoring the technical condition of designs of unique buildings and risk management of emergency situations in order to reduce their consequences (loss of life, economic loss due to the destruction of supporting structures building, destruction or dysfunction of cells of adjacent buildings, highways, energy communications, etc.).; 1 SP f ly-7 Fig.
