A method of manufacturing a toothbrush, including: - sharpening the bristles by immersing in a chemical reagent to obtain a tip with diameters from 0.03 to 0.08 mm at both ends of the bristles; - planting the bristles on the head of the toothbrush with horizontal displacement of their tips relative to each other, components from 1 to 4 mm; and - sharpening longer bristles by grinding to bring the diameter of their tips to values in the range from 0.01 to 0.03 m�
