The method of insulation and protection against atmospheric precipitation of the external walls of residential and industrial buildings and structures, which consists in installing insulation panels on the wall, characterized in that the insulation is performed by simple or combined two-layer sandwich panels, mainly with polystyrene foam insulation, with basalt plate inserts made in factory conditions, which are fixed on the wall surface with anchors or self-tapping screws, the joints between the sandwich panels are foamed with mounting foam, at the joints and ends of the ndvich panels install additional elements on sealant.
