The present utility model relates to the field of microelectronics, in particular to the products of electronics, namely to 2,5D chips consisting of several crystals arranged on a single silicon strip adapter interconnected. The crystals are designed to handle sensitive information that must be protected from reverse engineering (eg, credit card codes, encryption keys, etc.). Summary of the utility model is that 2,5D chip, consisting of a base body, two or more integrated circuits crystals, which are arranged on a silicon strip - adapter interconnected by means of interconnections, one or more inserts of a material with shape memory effect arranged between the base body and the wiring layer in the previously etched holes of the silicon substrate adapter strips, and characterized in that upon detecting the case integrity breach, in rate of a material with shape memory effect mechanically disrupted layer wiring strips between the adapter-crystals, not allowing to recover the connection between them. Entered destroy essential features allow communication between the crystals that contain confidential information even when used for manufacturing chip 2,5D crystals made according fabless-semiconductor process.
